Refund Policy

1. Project Deposits

The kickoff deposit represents the reservation of our design team, strategists, and engineers. Once project scoping and initial brainstorming have started, **kickoff deposits are completely non-refundable**.

2. Milestone Cancellations

If a client decides to cancel a project mid-way:

• Payments completed for achieved and approved milestones are non-refundable.
• Unexecuted milestones that have not yet started will be cancelled, and no further billing will be issued.
• Completed work will be delivered in its current state up to the last settled milestone.

3. Monthly Service Retainers

For ongoing retainers (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, or Dedicated Monthly Dev Hours):

• Retainer payments are made upfront for the upcoming 30 days and are non-refundable.
• You can cancel your subscription for the subsequent billing cycle at any time by providing at least 15 days written notice before the next invoice date.
